Purpose of development.
Diagnosing the condition of technological equipment based on vibration control data in order to assess the degree of danger of its damage, which ultimately significantly increases the reliability of the equipment as a whole.
A brief description of the development.
Technical diagnostics has recently become particularly relevant in connection with the achievement of limit values of the resource parameters of machines and equipment.
Ensuring the quality of operation of machines and mechanisms is impossible without the widespread use of technical diagnostics at all stages of their life cycle. Among the numerous methods of technical diagnostics, a special place belongs to methods of vibroacoustic diagnostics, focused on the use of diagnostic information contained in the oscillatory processes of machines and structures.
Vibration diagnostic systems use primary vibration transducers (vibrosensors), placed both directly on the object and contactlessly. In the first embodiment, the acceleration is usually measured, and in the second - displacement. The effectiveness of diagnostics is largely determined by the quality of the primary information, determined both by the design of the vibration sensors and the mode of their operation.
As such a vibrator, it is proposed to use a modified ferromodulation converter, which provides the possibility of simultaneous registration of displacements of inert mass and angular displacement of the longitudinal axis of the vibrator relative to the plane of the magnetic meridian in a wide range of recorded frequencies, and, consequently, with the corresponding parameters of the mechanical system and recording vibrations. The potential multifunctionality of such a ferromodulation vibration sensor (FMVD) will not only significantly expand the scope of vibroacoustic diagnostics, but also increase its effectiveness.
Scope of development.
The developed FMVD can be used as a universal sensor of linear and angular movements, torque and acceleration. It is easy to adapt to the problems of seismology, using as an accelerometer, as a new alternative to traditional geophones; to solve many problems of engineering geophysics, including for the study of various geophysical processes caused by natural endogenous and exogenous factors. The proposed FMVD can be used in systems for monitoring the state of zones of tectonic disturbances, as well as in spectral seismic survey to obtain the most important geological and engineering-geological information, which is key for predicting man-made disasters, which is very timely, given the growing likelihood and state of the environment.
