Archimedes Supplementary Education Centre

The Center for Further Education "Archimedes" at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Geomechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic is a non-profit State Educational Institution (registration No. 208461-3301-U-e).

The main goal of the center is the implementation of educational programs of additional (in-depth) training of students in the subjects of natural science (physico-mathematical) and technical profiles; meeting the need of citizens to obtain additional knowledge about the achievements of science and technology, skills and skills in educational programs, providing for the study of individual disciplines, sections of science, technology and technology necessary for the performance of professional activities, as well as expanding the qualification of specialists for their adaptation to new economic and social conditions.

The activities of the Centre are

educational activities under the programs of additional general development education;

training in preparatory courses for admission to educational institutions of secondary and higher professional education;

retraining and advanced training of bachelors, specialists, masters;

training and advanced training of workers for maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.

The Center for Further Education "Archimedes" for schoolchildren implements unique practice-oriented programs of additional education on the basis of a modern educational complex - engineering and natural science laboratories.

Teachers and mentors, in partnership with scientists of the Academy of Sciences, popularizers of science, experts of industry companies, conduct more than 30 different programs in 3 main areas:
