Purpose and scope:
The carving machine is designed for longitudinal cutting of the geological core for its subsequent study of physical and mechanical characteristics and chemical composition.
Brief description and design features
The carving machine consists of an electric motor, an electric control unit, a spindle assembly, a diamond circle, a stanza and a water tank. Rotation of the spindle from the electric motor is carried out by belt transmission. The carving machine is capable of cutting a core with a diameter of 32 to 60 mm and a length of up to 0.8 m.
Technological and economic advantages
Kernel cutting machine has small weight-gauge characteristics, which significantly expands the scope of its application especially in cramped conditions and directly at the sites of drilling operations.

It is proposed to conclude contracts for the manufacture and supply of core carving machines, as well as for further research and development to obtain modern competitive products.
