Appointment
The drigator is designed for effective continuous draughting of seeds, which contributes to the qualitative application of protective and nutrient components to the seeds, as well as with maximum mechanization of the seed draught process.
Brief description and design features
The proposed design of the dredger is a comprehensive and effective solution of seed draught, and combines all the positive technical solutions for maximum mechanization of the technological process of draught.
Dragiter consists of three vertically arranged and sequentially working drag devices with working organs - plates in the form of the Archimedes spiral, allowing you to move the seeds from the middle to the edges of the draught devices gradually, and in the desired turn of the Archimedes spiral to apply the draught components and binder fluid, thanks to the mechanized system of their supply.
In addition, this method of pre-sowing seed treatment by draughting combines the following technological processes: draught, drying and calibration, which are performed simultaneously, in a continuous cycle, and are maximally mechanized, thereby allowing it to be used and widely implemented in agricultural production.
