Purpose and scope:

The mobile drilling rig is designed to monitor landslides-dangerous slopes with the selection of a core with a diameter of 60 mm, as well as for engineering and geological surveys in hard-to-reach and undeveloped mountain areas, in order to study the geological section, sampling soil samples to determine its composition, condition and physical and mechanical properties. A lighter version of the drilling machine with a Honda engine, equipped with a non-rotating external pipe and an internal drilling column with a core receiver.

Technological and economic advantages

The drilling machine has the most reduced weight characteristics, which significantly expands the scope of its application especially on mountain slopes and hard-to-reach drilling sites.

In the Technical project, the following decisions were made: the drive engine - Honda GX160; the frame - the prototype of the frame of the PBU-110 machine made of light-alloy material; the feeding mechanism - a manual rope winch with a force of up to 600 kg; the gearbox - a two-speed, with a hollow spindle, light-alloy body and a frictional clutch; the drilling bust - a double alloy column of pipes with an internal drilling rig and an external non-rotating column or a shop aug with a kernet; the drilling crown with a DIPACK diamond plate.

It is proposed to conclude contracts for the manufacture and supply of the drilling machine, as well as for further research and development with destination indicators agreed with the customer.
