Purpose and scope

The hydraulic hammer is designed to perform various technological operations related to the destruction of asphalt-concrete coatings and compaction of soils in cramped and inaccessible places.

Areas of application of the hydraulic hammer:

construction, municipal utilities in the performance of operations:

disassembly of concrete and asphalt concrete and coatings;

destruction of reinforced concrete and other structures and foundations during the reconstruction of buildings and structures;

• Flooding of weak soils and loosening of frozen soil.

Brief description of development

Hydraulic hammer Impulse-7 is a hand tool. The power supply of the hammer is carried out from a portable oil station with an electric drive. There is also a variant of the drive of the oil station from the internal combustion engine.

The Impulse 7 hydraulic hammer can also be connected to the hydraulic system of various construction and road vehicles.

The hammer is equipped with a chisel, and on an additional order - with other types of tools (peak, chisel, tamping).

Hammer users shall be provided with:

• Staff training and consulting services during operation;

• Warranty and post-warranty service;

• Possibility to purchase a set of replaceable working tools and spare parts.

Level of implementation

Designed, manufactured and sold a batch of hammers to various construction organizations. Depending on the individual needs of consumers, various modifications of hammers can be developed for the specific case of their use.
