Directional Hydraulic Wedge

Natural Stone Processing Equipment

Hydraulic wedge of directed split

Developer: Laboratory of Stone Mining Complexes

Purpose and scope:

Hydrocline is designed to destroy stone, concrete, reinforced concrete. It is characterized by work without dusty mass, noise, vibrations and the use of bulky equipment. It is used in mining in the extraction of blocks of natural stone; in construction, road repair works. The proposed design of the hydraulic wedge is characterized by high quality of the split surface, economy and safety during operation.

A design feature is the presence of 2 additional sliding cheeks, providing the direction of the split line at lower energy costs.

Brief description of development

A distinctive feature is the presence of additional sliding cheeks of a special design, directed along the split line, ensuring a high quality of the split surface with less effort.
