History of the Laboratory
The laboratory was established in 1992. Since 2003, the laboratory has been headed by A.V. Anokhin, Ph.D., S.N.S.
Main Research Areas
Development of technology and specialized technical means for drilling wells for various purposes.
The study of the dynamics of mechanisms and machines, the development of their mathematical models.
Development of engineering methods for calculating dynamics and selecting parameters of nodes, designing, creating machines for mining and construction.
Key Research Results and Achievements
- A new technology for drilling wells with a double separate-drive column of pipes has been developed.
- A mathematical model of the mechanism of rotation of the internal drilling column of a double shaft has been developed.
- A mathematical model of a rotational percussion machine with an automatic control mechanism has been developed.
- An engineering method for calculating a rotational percussion machine with specified energy and kinematic parameters has been developed.
- A method for calculating the dynamic model of a drilling machine was developed to determine its own frequencies and eigenforms of oscillations for a drilling column with intermediate supports.
- An automatic system for regulating drilling regimes in intermittent rocks has been developed.
- The technology and technical means for drilling high-precision communication wells have been developed.
